Service Overview
RajLan Travels provides premium travel consultancy services including but not limited to: visa processing, sponsorship support, travel advisories, academic placements, and international relocation assistance. Our team is committed to delivering timely, efficient, and transparent services to our clients across various regions.

Payment Policy
All services must be paid for in full before commencement unless an installment plan is officially agreed upon in writing. Invoices will reflect the total cost of service, inclusive of any consultancy, documentation, processing, and administrative fees. A detailed receipt will be issued to the client upon each payment.

Installment Conditions
RajLan Travels may allow clients to pay in installments, subject to approval and service category. The following conditions apply:
Installments are only applicable to services valued above £10,000 or its equivalent in other currency.
The initial installment must cover at least 70% of the total amount.
The final installment must be paid within 10 working days of the first payment, or before the submission of any final documentation—whichever comes first.
Services requiring third-party submission or government approvals will not be finalized until payment is completed in full.
Delays in completing installment payments may result in service suspension, processing delays, or forfeiture of already initiated work.


Refund Policy
Client-Initiated Refunds If a client chooses to discontinue the process after payment has been made, RajLan Travels will issue a refund less 10% of the total amount paid.
This 10% deduction covers Consultancy, Application, and Processing Fees, and reflects the time, labour, expertise, third-party costs, and documentation already executed or submitted.
This policy applies whether or not the service has reached final completion, so long as the discontinuation was initiated by the client and not due to negligence or failure on the part of RajLan Travels.

Currency and Exchange Rate Clause
Refunds will be made in the same currency paid, unless otherwise agreed. Where exchange rate fluctuations apply (in cross-border transactions or currency conversions), the refund amount will be calculated using:

The exchange rate at the time of original payment, or The prevailing exchange rate at the time of refund - whichever ensures the client does not receive a refund value higher than what was initially paid. This is to protect RajLan Travels from losses arising from foreign exchange depreciation, especially in cases where the client initiates the refund request.
